If there is any problem with your order please contact us before leaving negative feedback. We are human beings and trying our best to run a small business and would appreciate the opportunity to make things right. Â

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after delivery of your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If approved, you will receive refund minus return shipping cost.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@gardenoutsidethebox.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item/missing items, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Seeds
Due to the viable nature and the varied environments/individual care we cannot accept returns for seeds that have been planted. If you feel your seeds were someway defective please contact us with the item #, printed on the front of the seed package usually starting with a J of F, and we will test germination.
Bulbs/Tubers and Bare RootÂ
Pictures required within 24 hours of delivery, before planting.
Worms
99% of our orders reach their destination without fail. We guarantee a live delivery, so if there are any delays or other issues while in transit, we have you covered with a free reshipment of worms. *You MUST CONTACT ME within 24 hours of receiving if any problems with picture upon receipt.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus return shipping charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
