Heart Healthy Raspberry Bran Muffins
Pre-Heat oven to 400
Mix Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda in large bowl. Mix Cereal, Milk, Sugar in another medium bowl, let sit 5 minutes. Stir Egg and Applesauce into Cereal Mixture until moistened (Batter will be Lumpy) Fold in Berries being careful not to overmix. Spoon batter into greased muffin tin, filling 2/3 full. Add few berries on top and sprinkle with Raw Sugar.
Bake 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
